Define the part and the acceptance requirements.
Send the drawing and native or neutral CAD model when available, material, quantity, tolerances, critical features, finish, inspection or documentation needs, and required delivery date. Note any mating components, functional surfaces, or later fabrication steps that affect how the part should be produced.
Coordinate the complete requirement.
